“If you want this relationship to work, then yes.” Of course his boyfriend would prove unmovable on the subject.
Al pouted. “Why aren’t you the one panicking? Being the sole Malfoy heir and all that.”
Scorpius lowered his glasses and gave him a look. “Unlike your parents, my parents were perceptive enough to guess that I’m gay back in fourth year.”
Al blanched. “You mean—”
“When my dad said, ‘I’m glad my son has you to take care of him,’ he didn’t mean it platonically,” Scorpius said.
